Shipping

Orders are processed and packaged 5-10 business days from the order date depending on the items in your order. For example: Apparel is ordered in after you have placed your order, therefore it has a longer turnaround time. Mugs are stocked, so they have a quicker turnaround time.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post, and tracking numbers will be sent in the shipping confirmation email. There will be some instances where I offer free shipping on certain items. This offer is only valid on that item and is void if you have other items in your cart. This offer is for lettermail shipping and is therefore not tracked. If an item applies for
this offer it will be noted in the listing.

Free shipping on orders over $250 will be shipping with Canada Post and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please remember that we are in the middle of a global pandemic,
and all shipping times are beyond my control. Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing further that can be done on my end. Please order
early to avoid any disappointment, especially during the holiday season.

Local Pickup

If you are located in the South Interlake or Winnipeg area, local pickup is available free of charge. Pickup locations are in Argyle and East Kildonan. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out and note in the “instructions to seller” which location you want to pickup at, and you're set!

Argyle pickups will be in a purple bin outside. Please be respectful of other people’s orders while looking for your own. If your order is not picked up within 7 days of delivery Little Quinn’s is no longer responsible for the condition of your item. If your item is not picked up within 21 days it will be brought inside and you will need to contact Little Quinn’s to arrange pickup or shipping at your expense.

Winnipeg pickups are scheduled pickups. You will receive contact information in your pickup email. Please be respectful of Bretton’s time. If your Winnipeg pickup is not picked up within 14 days it will be returned to Argyle and you will need to contact Little Quinn’s to arrange pickup or shipping at your expense.

Returns & Exchanges

There are NO returns or exchanges on custom made items.

Little Quinn’s Design Co. currently only accepts exchanges or return for store credit. We do not issue refunds at this time.

Little Quinn’s designs are exchangeable within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges will be processed within 1-5 business days of receiving the item. The item must be in brand new, unused condition to qualify for exchange.

Little Quinn’s reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned to you at your expense. You have 14 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for an exchange on the product. All shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.

Sale items are FINAL sale.

If you would like to place a second order and your first order has not been fulfilled, feel free to choose local pickup on your second order to save the shipping fees! HOWEVER you MUST leave a note at checkout that you would like your orders packaged together or it will go unnoticed. Failure to do so will result in a second shipping charge on your second order.
